Part 3 of our series about what we doing to make your email service the best it can be is focused on the experience we offer in Webmail.
Our goal is to continually improve the webmail experience. As time goes on, changes are inevitable. Whether it’s a minor adjustment like a different font or a major overhaul, change is constantly happening.
We strive to make our webmail accessible to everyone. Accessibility takes many forms. It starts with simple actions like tapping and swiping on a mobile device vs clicking a mouse and typing with a keyboard on a computer. We also consider the needs of those with visual or physical impairments. For this our webmail undergoes independent thorough testing to ensure accessibility to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG standards).
Our fresh and modern layout for our webmail, is user-friendly and visually appealing. We understand the importance of aesthetics in enhancing the overall experience.
We support dragging and dropping functionality for nearly everything within webmail. We are all accustomed to this action, so why not have it available on the web. You can easily drag and rearrange calendar events, move emails to folders, or transfer a contact from “To” to “Cc.”
Finally, our webmail is designed to dynamically adapt to all devices. You no longer need to worry about how it will appear on your new large-screen phone or widescreen monitor. Our webmail is responsive by design, ensuring optimal functionality regardless of the screen size.
At the end of the day, we want to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our customers, making webmail better with each update.
